1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (secureeye.online), contacting us via WhatsApp, or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who engages with SecureEye.

2. Nature of Business

SecureEye is a CCTV installation and security solutions service provider operating in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We provide professional installation of surveillance cameras, DVR/NVR systems, access control systems, perimeter security, and related security equipment for residential and commercial properties.

3. Service Enquiry via WhatsApp

Our primary customer communication channel is WhatsApp (+91 96787 73423). When you message us, you initiate a conversation with our support team. You are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• The correct property address where the installation or survey is needed.
• An accurate description of your security requirements.
• A valid contact number so our technician can reach you on the scheduled date.

If inaccurate information causes a failed visit or wasted trip, we reserve the right to charge for the technician's travel time on future bookings.

4. Quotation & Pricing

• All quotations provided by SecureEye are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Prices may change based on equipment availability and current market rates after the quotation expires.
• A physical site survey is required before we can confirm a final quotation.
• Every quotation is fully itemised — it lists the cost of each camera, DVR/NVR unit, cabling, labour, and any additional accessories separately.
• There are no hidden charges. The total amount on the quotation is the final amount you pay.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments through the following methods:

• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI-enabled app.
• Bank Transfer — NEFT or IMPS to our business account.
• Cash — Cash on completion is available for local Mumbai installations.

For standard residential installations, full payment is due upon completion and handover. For large commercial projects (quotation above ₹50,000), we may request an advance payment of up to 50% before ordering specialised equipment. This will be clearly stated in your quotation.

6. Installation & Workmanship Warranty

All installations performed by SecureEye are covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers:

• Wiring and cable management issues caused by our installation.
• Camera mounting bracket or housing failures due to improper installation.
• DVR/NVR configuration errors made by our technician.
• Remote viewing setup issues on your smartphone or computer.

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage caused by the customer, tenants, or third parties.
• Damage caused by power surges, lightning, floods, or other natural events.
• Issues caused by the customer modifying or tampering with the system.
• Normal wear and tear of equipment after the manufacturer's warranty period.

7. Equipment Warranty

All cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and accessories supplied by SecureEye carry the manufacturer's warranty, which typically ranges from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and model. If equipment fails within the manufacturer's warranty period, we will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer and facilitate the replacement process.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and unobstructed access to the installation site on the scheduled date.
• Ensure a stable power supply is available at the installation location.
• Not tamper with, modify, or attempt to repair the installed system without consulting SecureEye first.
• Use the CCTV system in compliance with all applicable Indian laws regarding surveillance, privacy, and data protection.
• Inform us within 48 hours if you need to reschedule an appointment.

9. Cancellation by SecureEye

SecureEye reserves the right to cancel or refuse a booking in the following situations:

• The installation site is unsafe or inaccessible for our technicians.
• The customer provides false or misleading information about the property or requirements.
• The customer is abusive, threatening, or uncooperative with our team.
• The requested installation would violate Indian laws or regulations.

If we cancel a booking, any advance payment will be refunded in full within 5-7 working days.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our services, website, or communication channels for any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purpose. This includes but is not limited to requesting installations intended to violate others' privacy, using our systems for illegal surveillance, or providing false identity information. SecureEye reserves the right to refuse service and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of SecureEye and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

SecureEye's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to theft, property damage, or loss of business that may occur despite having a CCTV system installed.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

If you have a dispute with SecureEye, we encourage you to first contact us directly via WhatsApp or email so we can attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
